The Salon will be held at the Paris American Academy, 275 rue St. Jacques, 75005, Paris.

Registration should be accompanied by a $500 deposit.

For interested participants, the following double-blind review opportunities are available, responding to the theme, The Soul of Fashion:

• Submit original 2D/3D art or design for exhibition 

• Submit scholarship for oral presentation

• Submit a panel presentation proposal

Cost

Includes a 15-day program (site visits, interaction with fashion industry professionals, guided museum visits, seminars and lectures), welcome and farewell meals, some workshop supplies, and one-way train to Amsterdam with one night lodging at the end of the workshop. 

• $2,300 when the salon registration and deposit are received before midnight CST of February 14, 2018.   EXTENDED to March 31, 2018Thereafter the registration increases to $2,600 until the participation limit has been reached.

• Those with accepted submissions will receive the early rate of $2300. 

• Balance due before midnight CDT of May 1, 2018.

• Cancellation policy

  • Before March 15, 2018 – refund of $400 of deposit

  • Before June 14, 2018 – refund of 50% of trip cost

  • After June 14, 2018 – no refund

Participants are responsible for their own airfare to and from Europe (program begins in Paris and ends in Amsterdam), lodging, local transportation in Paris (Metro tickets), personal taxis, most meals, supplies, and personal cell phone/WIFI communication fees.
